Lightsaber 5.0 was planned as the follow-up to lightsaber 4.0
(LS4); in fact LS4 in the end was thought to be the 'training
session' for doing LS5, a real, story-driven Max-Payne total conversion
(TC). There was a lot done for it in terms
of story, reference material, planning, logistics, animation, coding, and mapping. Then it
was decided to port the whole project to MP2, then Doom3 came into discussion. Finally
everything quietly stopped. Some of the visible work I did for LS5 is on display here.
Everything abandoned work-in-progress, nothing finished.
